Recovery response within the operator’s business hours (5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily) is generally initiated within approximately 5 to 15 minutes.

For failures that occur outside business hours (11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following day), response begins at the start of business on the next business day (immediate response during late-night hours is not provided).

For failures that occur during consecutive holidays such as Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or the year-end/new-year period, response begins at the start of business after the holiday ends (downtime of up to approximately 60 hours is possible).
